1.   The views and opinion expressed on this Forum are of the owner alone, and not endorsed by SEMESTA, nor is SEMESTA responsible for them. We ask each user to use discretion and respect for other users and do not contribute any words that promotes discrimination of any type.
2.   Please keep foul language to a minimum. Any excessive un-called for language will be removed and warning will be given.
3.   Pornography or any illegal transactions are not to be linked in any shape or form.
4.   We prohibit also any materials of extreme in nature that may be presented in textual, graphical or video forms.
5.   This forum safeguards the sacred nature of Islam; and prohibits any materials that seem to violate such claim.
6.   We require all postings to be positive, constructive, and on topic. Admin may edit or delete individual postings that could ruin a good topic thread. 
7.   We reserve the right to withhold and/or remove any posting or link that might possibly hold an individual, entity or group potential embarrassment or defamation. Admin also reserves the right to accept, edit and/or remove any posting or link that is deemed inappropriate in any way.
8.   We reserve the right to ban any member who violates our guidelines or disrupt our community.
9.   All parties submitting materials to the Forum represent and warrant that the submission, installation, copying, distribution and use of such materials in connection with the Pages will not violate any other party’s proprietary rights.
10.   At no time can any of the information found on SEMESTA Forum be re-loaded on any other internet site either in whole or in part, or re-distributed in any other way without permission of Admin. 
11.   By submitting your URL to this Forum, you acknowledge that you have read this disclaimer and agree to what is stated within. If you disagree with this disclaimer, please send a message to Webmaster or Forum Administrators asking for the remove of the link.
12.   SEMESTA grants permission to anyone wishing to link to the Forum;
13.   SEMESTA will gladly remove any link from this Forum upon request from the linked entity.
14.   Asking for members for your site/forums is considered spam; please do not use our site to advertise yours without  prior approval from Admin.

15.   Posts may be deleted for any reasons the forum administrators deem reasonable.


16.   Users may not argue a moderator’s decision publicly. Any and all complaints directed at a moderator must first address the moderator in question via PM. If the problem can not be resolved, then the moderator and user must send their positions to the forum admin. The forum admin will make or change any and/or all final decisions.

17.   Pictures may be posted as long as they are not explicit or offensive. If you plan to post more than one image, or the topic is based on graphics, please link the images rather than screening. The ownership of all the pictures posted in this forum remains with the original copyrighted owner. All members of the forum should seek permission from the respective owner before  reproduce the pictures in any form.


18.   Please try to keep images in your profile to a minimum file size to accommodate for dialup members. We want everyone here to have an enjoyable experience, and images that have excessive file sizes cause undue problems for those without broadband.

19.   Please keep foul language to a minimum, any excessive un-called for language will be removed and you will receive a final warning.


20.   Remember to post in the correct forum. Take your time to look at other topics and see where your topic should go. If your topic is placed in the wrong forum, it will be moved by a moderator.

21.    If a topic is recognized as being posted in the wrong forum, or if the post is a violation of our guidelines then please contact a moderator either via PM or the 'report post to moderator' feature; please do not respond publicly to the member - a member of staff will do what is required upon contact.


22.   Any person/s who attempt to present themselves as a Moderator by posting negatively to a member's topic (which has been posted in error and requires locking or moving to another forum) will be sent a PM warning and placed into moderation queue upon further actions.

23.   Any impersonation of a user from these forums, in any mode of communication, is strictly prohibited and will result in a banning.

24.   We require all technical support questions to be issued to the Admin for further actions.
25.   Linked and locked topics are pruned regularly to reduce page clutter. If you have a question about where your topic went, please PM a moderator or Admin before starting a new topic asking where it went, or posting a duplicate of the original topic. We will be happy to provide you with a link to the new location, or a reason why it was locked and/or removed.

26. All members are allowed to start a new topic with permission form the board's moderator. Please send PM to moderator and state your intention.

Violation of any of these rules will result in consequences that may ban you from this forum. Please abide all of our codes of conduct to safeguard the sensitivity of all the forum members and create a pleasant ambience.
